Marianne came to me after a design agency used AI to design her site. The AI site didn’t accurately reflect her business or solve the backend system challenges she was experiencing. As her business grows, her DIY site needed to support that growth and better reflect her level of expertise.
I redesigned her site with a focus on her online art course offerings and the value she provides to her customers. I refined the client experience by ensuring all courses could be purchased on the website rather than clients being taken to a third-party platform. This streamlined the user experience and ensured every touchpoint in the client process was effective and on brand.
Marianne has built a lovely and impactful community for artists of all levels. I re-worked the content of the site to feel supportive and encouraging. Within the first two days of the website launch, she had immediate success selling her courses.
